Design

Handdrawings and schematics since childhood, later replaced with a digitizer and computers. Over 20 years of experience with Adobe software, etc. and currently working with Adobe XD, Figma and prototyping tools for apps and web solutions.

Development

Started in 1983 with programming in Comal80, Basic and Delphi, while practically living on the library in Herning. Languages operated currently being asp.NET and PHP.

Focus on ERP, PIM and ecommerce solutions with a broad experience with Open Source solutions.

Cognitive behaviour & analysis

The vast experience with design and development have created a natural need for results – above functional and visual experiences.

6 years of studying behaviour, patterns of motivation and triggers of online behaviour in the pursuit of increasing conversion stategies.

Analysis through proof of concept strategies and UX patterns.

DevOps & Network

With over 25 years of experience with Linux and Windows serverhosting, Cisco and Juniper networks for small to large corporations and datacenters.

Personality

As an individual, I’m very self-aware and result oriented – as long as the well-being for me and others are not compromized. Optimistic and see potential rather tham limitations and still haven’t learned to think inside the box, when striving for solutions in all sorts of challenges.

I consider myself sharp and bright-minded and in certaing relationships with collegues and networks, it might seem a bit intimidating due to my focus and high efficiency level.

If you need a classification and label on my personality, then I am a Type 6 according to the Enneagram and ENFJ-A (Protagonist) according to Myers Briggs tests. Upon request, I can provide DISC and METIS test results.

Professional Knowledge

I strive to acquire knowledge and expand my horizons throughout life. I constantly search for new insights and knowledge. “Everything is interesting, if you just put your self to learning”.

Professional knowledge withing psychology, philosophy, history and not least technology.

Sports & Health

Previous competitive swimmer for about 20 years, sponsored skater and still enjoy training both with my son and no other purpose than the joy of it in itself.

Drive motorsports for Ducati and have travelled quite a lot in the active season to track across Europe.

Outdoor Life

With my son, family and friends, I spend a lot of time sleeping and hiking in the wilderness of Sweden and Denmark.

Weekends with minus degrees, food on fireplaces and being self-providing is definately a favourite of ours.

Family

Time with my, now 7 year old son August – is without comparison the most precious I have and cannot be replaced with anything else.

Where possible, I’m active and focused with him as much as possible.
